Let’s have a more detailed look at WinnerOdds.
Following on from my opening Substack about tennis tipsters and the sports I follow, the interest it generated means it is time to take a deeper dive into WinnerOdds.
Now it’s been nearly 30 months since I started subscribing to the service.
I took Pete’s advice at Smart Betting Club and subscribed. Anyone who follows my stuff will know I rarely bet odds on, very rarely, but this service in general is the opposite.
They concentrate on slimmer value with volume, and inevitably most tips are odds on.
I remember Pete saying, “be patient and back them all”.
I did and have never looked back!
Bookmaker accounts will be problematic.
Of course, there are caveats and the usage of betting accounts is and will become a problem.
Now, I am very lucky that I have five adults who have spent over 20 years around me doing this stuff. Even better, they are young, working and a great demographic, though if they are going to be applying for a mortgage, then make sure you stop through that process.
There is a huge element of trust in betting, but it can reward others who want to be involved. Identifying people outside your family who you can trust is never easy, but for anyone not claiming from the government, it can return a yield on the winnings you send back. The key is to fund new accounts and place multiple horse bets slowly, and there are some good firms to use. That means you either win big on Lucky15s or keep losing while you seed accounts. Make time to use casino offers and any casino schemes for small losses too.
I know several like-minded friends, me included, who have done this as a duo, making your betting almost a mini business venture. For me, I have a few friends who are now retired or nearing retirement, who have a good understanding of betting.
You can afford to employ them to do the seeding for an hour or two a day in the mornings, but again, give them a % of those Lucky 15s winnings over time. And, one of mine even uses the shops in the morning to take advantage of the BPG offers.
I do find myself using exchanges more and more, and on occasion you may get a better price and be able to cash out fully nearer to the start and take a better exchange price. Don’t forget to factor in the exchange range into your final figures.
Tennis has worked better than football for me, but that is no criticism of the soccer model.
Tennis has worked much better than football, not only on profit terms, but it appears the football gubbed accounts quicker. However, that was a Denise clampdown last year, when WinnerOdds had obviously hit them. Now, without a Denise accounts thing, things became harder for a while, but “where there’s a will, there’s a way”.
Even better, WinnerOdds were aware of this and reduced the subscription price markedly to reflect that B365 had cut back by 80% on their action.
One beauty of WinnerOdds software and their betting tracking is that it makes them, as well as subscribers, aware of how much money is down.
It’s been almost two years since I joined football, but the yield is still over £25 a day for approx 14 picks on average.
At 59 euros a month, that is worthy of huge respect; it is only the fact that the tennis ran so well last year that it has been dwarfed.
Tennis this year has been a fair bit more difficult so far, running a 56-euro-a-day profit from just under 27 picks.
Last year it ran at 104 euros a day from just under 25 picks, but there was a huge upswing in September, to be recognised.
But to be fair, they had one of their biggest-ever downswings in early June, which has taken a while to right, and as I know from having over 16000 picks myself over 8 years, what you think is a big sample is not, and variance will always be a cruel mistress.
Being time efficient is the key!
During daytime hours, you get a Telegram notification that a bet is going up, and while the price is green, take it if you have availability. It can be very hectic and requires quick fingers during the day. Now, for me, I get lots of bets on through the night because with older dogs I am always up once or twice letting them out to spend a penny! There is no rush, and doing that alone for 30 minutes while you have a cup of tea and fuss with the dogs can be the most profitable part of the day.
My service is no different early in the week, with the initial steam on the Monday golf and any time snooker markets coming from my service. The difference nowadays for golf is that the markets have become so liquid that firms are drifting prices, so by Wednesday the market looks totally different, which is actually great for me and my new High Liquidity Service for later in the week. That’s not to say we don’t bet those markets in main service, except you cannot promise liquidity on a Monday that you can on a Wednesday.
Someone has to take the early value, and back themselves to have a better model!
How does WinnerOdds affect your bankroll?
Of course, bankroll is a potential issue with volume, and you may need to reappropriate or prioritise how much you keep available for each odds range.
Below are my cross-sections of odds groupings on the Tennis model to help anyone considering doing so.
Having a shorter price-range portfolio works well for me nowadays, and that halcyon 2025 for WinnerOdds coincided with a below-average year on my own service; in fact, I made more in the opening four months this year on my service than in all of 2025 from the snooker and golf.
Swings will always happen, so balancing your range is important for constant bankroll growth.
Bet with money you can afford to lose.
If you have the option, my advice would always be to bet for a second income, that will always take an edge off the pressure, which is hugely important to mindset during those long blank periods or downswings.
I hate the term professional gambler as I do professional poker player; both are nonsense on many levels and give people a false representation of the grind, dedication and planning needed to make a profit and keep making profit. The other huge factor is those who do it, really like to go under the radar and understand the importance of doing so. Hence, there is quite a few details missing of firms that work well with Winner Odds but you are always welcome to message me here of Twitter on @EdwardsTips_
I always say, people can call me what they like as long as I make a profit! I dare imagine that among those that like to be called a “professional gambler” many actually are not!
Final Winner Odds verdict
Winner Odds has a remarkable model that manages to keep ahead of the game. Their secret recipe is much like KFC, a guarded secret to keep ahead, and Betting’s version of a high-class fast food algo.

Many thanks for your review! I used to follow winnerodds but now I have only exchanges and asian bookies (via broker) and I am not sure if it is worth following anymore. Or not? What is your experience? Also I would like to ask you about your tennis betting. Are you reffering to winnerodds? Thanks!
